Old Boston Tours Policies
Reservation changes, no-shows
and general notes:
Tour reservation dates can be changed up to 48 hours prior to the tour with a penalty of $5.00 to cover adminstrative costs. Tours cancelled within the 48 hours prior to the beginning of a tour will be charged $30 plus the $5 administrative cost.
Please note: Check your final confirmation carefully for correct date and time. It is your responsibility to be at the designated tour location on the correct date. No refund for no-shows.
Purchase Note
After ordering your tour, you will receive two email notices – one from our event scheduling vendor, Eventbrite, and one from Google Checkout. Once you have entered your account information, you may purchase items online from other sites who use Google Checkout.
Languages:
Tours are conducted in English. Translators may be available for a fee. Old Boston Tours requires 30 days advance notice.
Meals Souvenirs and Miscellaneous Costs:
Tour prices do not include Meals, Beverages, Admission Fees, or Souvenirs.
Tour Size, Routing and Weather:
We reserve the right to change the size or routing of the tour to meet demands for that specific day. Our tours run in all weather so dress appropriately. We always suggest multiple layers of warm clothing for any outdoor activity. You will not be charged if we cancel a tour due to weather.
