The Old Boston Pub Crawl

From its beginnings to the present day, Boston would be nothing without the taverns, bars, speakeasies, backyard wine-making and varieties of legal and illegal libations. Take a 300 year walk through a hearty sampling of Old Boston's pubs and taverns to learn how the nation was started with a pint and continues with raised glass every day. We'll show you where land starved mariners kicked back with a mug and a "girl for hire" at every place from the Kings Arm to the Turks Head (and a lot of odd names in between). See where bullet riddled boats came aground with hooch by the case for a thirsty scofflaw public during prohibition! It might have started with Sam Adams but it by no means ends there! Join us and be part of the Old Boston tradition you can taste!

Participants must be 21 years of age and show proper identification. Food and libations are not included in tour price.

Fridays and Saturdays at 6 PM

Time: 2 hours

“When my husband booked your tour I thought it was going to be all off the revolutionary war stuff that put me to sleep in high school. Who knew there were so many crazy stories! And yes, I'm recommending you to everyone who visits Boston!"
